Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation Limited came into inception on October 25, 2002 with the sole motto of facilitating police infrastructure for superior and smooth functioning of the work force.

The primary objective of the organisation is to enhance the working and living conditions of the Jharkhand police force through planning, designing, construction and maintenance of projects across the state.

JPHCL constructs and maintains residential and non-residential buildings for police stations, police lines, training centers, homes for personnel and associated infrastructure for Jharkhand Police.

The corporation also supports offices and residential buildings connected with the Home Department, including jail, fire service, forensic laboratory and disaster management infrastructure.
